DraBeh – Talk through Drawings (“DraBeh”, “we”, “our”) provides a platform where users create and share drawings. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your Google display name and email address. We generate a unique username from your email prefix. We do not store your Google password.
We store your public nickname, public username, and private email address. Email is never shared with other users.
We store your drawings, posts, and replies. These are publicly visible unless restricted by moderation or adult content settings.
The Service may include artwork containing non-sexual artistic nudity. You can enable or disable visibility of such content. No additional data is collected by this setting.
We do not allow pornographic or sexually explicit content.
We use your data to operate and manage your account, handle content visibility settings, and process account operations. Your email is never sold or shared.
We only share data if legally required, for fraud prevention, or for user safety.
We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is fully secure.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing drabeh.draw@gmail.com.
The Service is not intended for users under 13. Artistic nudity is restricted to users 18+ through an explicit opt-in setting.
We may update this policy and notify users of significant changes.

These Terms govern your use of DraBeh. By using the platform, you agree to them.
DraBeh allows users to create drawings, publish posts, and interact through drawing-based replies.
When signing in with Google OAuth, we store your nickname, generated username, and private email. You are responsible for your account security.
You own the drawings and posts you create. By uploading them, you grant DraBeh a license to display and host your content as needed to operate the platform.
Your nickname and username are visible to all users. Your email remains private.
DraBeh does not allow pornographic or sexually explicit content. However, artistic nudity may be permitted when it has a legitimate artistic purpose and is not sexual in nature.
By enabling adult content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to view artwork that may include artistic nudity. This setting only affects visibility; it does not allow NSFW content.
You may not upload pornography, explicit sexual content, harassment, hateful content, violent shock imagery, copyrighted material without permission, or malware.
You may not scrape the site, impersonate users, use automated systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
DraBeh may change or discontinue parts of the Service. We are not responsible for outages or data loss.
We may terminate accounts that violate the Terms. You may request deletion via drabeh.draw@gmail.com.
The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, DraBeh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, downtime, or data loss.
DraBeh offers a one-time payment Membership. This Membership is not a subscription and provides lifetime benefits, including removal of ads in your feed, increased posting limits and a “Member” profile tag.
Once the payment is completed, the benefits are permanently added to your account. No recurring charges will ever occur.
If the payment is processed but your account does not receive the Membership benefits (for example, due to a temporary server outage during PayPal webhook delivery), you may contact support at drabeh.draw@gmail.com and your Membership will be manually activated.
We may update these Terms and notify users of major revisions.
